Customer Checklist

We aim to make your cleaning experience as smooth as possible. A few checks before we arrive can help ensure the best results from your home cleaning!

How to Prepare for a Home Cleaning

  • For optimal results during your residential cleaning, please ensure that countertops, shower areas, floors, and furniture are free from clutter prior to our arrival. This allows our team to clean your spaces thoroughly and efficiently.

  •  If you have any unique preferences or instructions, let us know before your scheduled cleaning. The more we know in advance, the better prepared we’ll be to meet your needs.

  • For interior refrigerator cleanings, please note that we cannot handle food items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the unit is emptied.

  • For Move-In/Out Cleaning, please ensure the home is completely empty, including the refrigerator, cabinets, and drawers. Additionally, the home must have running power and hot water for our service.

  • For the safety of your pets and our team, please secure animals in a safe space or outside during the cleaning. This helps prevent escapes and allows us to work without distraction.

  • If we arrive on-site and the home is not prepared for cleaning, such as lacking water or power, we will not be able to service the home.

  • Our team does not handle and chemical or biological waste including animal waste, bodily fluids, or any hazardous materials. If these are present, we may need to reschedule the cleaning until the space is safe and ready.

  • Heavy Objects: Our cleaners are not able to lift heavy objects. If the home needs cleaning behind appliances or furniture, please make accommodations to get these moved ahead of time for everyone’s safety.

  • Ladders: Getting on a ladder increases the chances of getting hurt by over 300%. We’ll use extending poles to clean hard-to-reach places when we can. If it can not be cleaned with an extending pole and is not reachable with a small step stool we will not be able to service that area.

  • Indoors Only:  Please, keep our cleaning staff safely indoors, including areas like garages and patios.

Scope of Work Adjustments:

We understand that every home is unique. When we arrive, if the home’s condition exceeds the scope of the scheduled service, we will consult with you immediately with these updates before beginning the work to determine the best approach for proceeding. This ensures we can meet your needs effectively and complete the job to your satisfaction.
