Lime Cleaning Company LLC – Terms of Service

Quotes and Pricing

Our booking system provides an initial quote based on the details you share with us. If the size, condition, or scope of the space turns out to be different when we arrive, the final price may be adjusted. If there’s a price change, we’ll let you know and get your approval before we start cleaning.

Payment Terms

Payment is ran after the clean has been completed.

We accept payment via credit or debit card payments, we may place a hold up to seven days before your scheduled service. The payment will only be processed once your cleaning is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens! If you need to cancel, we ask for a heads-up as soon as possible or at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before service, the fee is $100.

Refund and Satisfaction Policy

We want you to be completely happy with our service! If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to fix any missed areas at no extra charge. 

Access and Safety

Please make sure we have access to your property at the scheduled time, and kindly secure any pets, valuables, or delicate items. If we're unable to access the property or feel it’s unsafe, we may need to cancel the appointment, and a cancellation fee could apply.

Liability

While we take great care during our cleanings, we can’t be responsible for damage that existed before our visit or normal wear and tear. If something’s damaged during the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Cleaning Supply Policy

We bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment to do the job. If you have specific preferences, feel free to let us know ahead of time!

Pet Policy

For the safety of everyone (your pets included) please make sure your animals are secure during the cleaning. We love pets, but it’s best for them and us if they’re kept away while we work.

Breakage Policy

We always handle everything with care, but in the rare event something is broken, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll take care of it as best as we can.

No-Show / Lock-Out Fee

If we arrive and are unable to access your property due to a lock-out or no-show, we’ll need to charge a $100 fee.

Photo Permission

Sometimes we like to take before and after photos to show off our work on our website and social media. These photos won’t include any personal or identifying details. By using our services, you’re giving us permission to use these photos unless you let us know you’d prefer we didn’t.

Emergency Closures

If we need to reschedule your cleaning due to holidays, weather, or any emergencies, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time.

Service Limitations

Our standard cleaning service doesn’t cover things like hazardous materials, outdoor spaces, or high-level windows. If you need any of these services, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to discuss additional arrangements.

Recurring Service Terms

If you’ve booked recurring cleanings, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before, a cancellation fee will apply.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable for cleaning. We also may refuse service if there are concerns regarding the behavior or safety of the client or property. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
