That depends, every home tells a different story!

Several factors can affect the total cleaning time:

• Size and condition of the home: Has the home had regular upkeep or is this its first real scrub in a while? A home that’s been maintained between professional cleanings will typically take less time than one that needs a full reset. If we’re rolling up our sleeves for some serious buildup, expect the visit to take a bit longer.

• Extras added: Services like inside the oven, baseboards, or detailed blind cleaning add time, and sparkle! We’re happy to include them; we just build in enough time to do it right.

• The cleaning team assigned: Just like coffee, every cleaner has their own strength and style, some are lightning fast, others are more methodical. We don’t rush our teams; instead, we use flat-rate pricing so they can focus on quality and attention to detail.

We place a hold (not a charge) for the full service amount five business day before your appointment. This ensures your billing info is valid and ready to go. While no money actually leaves your account at that time, some banks may show it as a pending charge.

Because things can change day-of—like adding a tip or requesting an extra service—we wait to fully charge your card after the cleaning is completed.

This process helps keep everything smooth behind the scenes so we can pay our cleaners on time and deliver great service without hiccups.

The hold does drop off if the appointment is cancelled.

No contracts, no long-term obligations—you’re free to book or cancel anytime.

All we ask is that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our team's schedule.

If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice, a $100 late cancellation fee will apply. This helps us cover the time slot that was reserved just for you and ensures our cleaners are still fairly compensated for their day.
